A Knee Block that sits in front of the knees, shaped with contours for the knees. This accessory has a center, steel mounting bracket which can be easily removed by loosening a knob under the solid seat as well as a strap on both sides connecting the Knee Block with the wheelchair. The straps would add stability when the client has sigificant tone or is very active. Anterior Knee Blocks are useful in aiding in positioning the legs ( preventing abduction or adduction ) using forces at the knee areas as well as helping to stabilize the pelvis
