A Knee Block that sits in front of the knees, shaped with contours for the knees. This accessory has a center, steel mounting bracket which can be easily removed by loosening a knob under the solid seat. Anterior Knee Blocks are useful in aiding in positioning the legs ( preventing abduction or adduction ) using forces at the knee areas as well as helping to stabilize the pelvis
