This kit enables an RTS to mount a Round Lateral Knee Pad to an elevating legrest. This is done by removing the bolt from the elevating legrest pivot point and replacing it with the longer bolt provided by BioDynamics. That bolt is then screwed directly into the T-Nut installed in the Lateral Knee Pad
