This accessory replaces the typical "ball" found on top of most power wheelchair joysticks. It is in the shape of the letter "T". This will benefit the client who lacks good digital/hand dexterity in order to move a joystick ball with accuracy. The goal post joystick handle allows the client to rest their entire hand on the joystick and use the gross movement of the arm to move the joystick
